We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Please note that as our products are made to order, we kindly ask customers to consider their purchase carefully before placing an order.
Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at info@eurocoinstorage.com.
We will review the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
