Production & Processing Time
All products are made to order. Each item is individually 3D printed and carefully prepared to ensure consistent quality.
Production time typically ranges from 1–5 business days, depending on current order volume. Larger orders may require additional time.
We always prioritize quality and precision in our production process.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via PostNL.
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery updates will also be provided directly by the shipping carrier.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination and are separate from production time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or other external factors.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
