3.1. All prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Orders are produced and shipped according to the estimated processing times displayed on our website.

4.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or busy periods.

4.3. Eurocoinstorage is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. Customers may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

5.2. Returned items must meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

5.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

6.1. Please inspect your order upon arrival.

6.2. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact info@eurocoinstorage.com within 7 days of delivery.

6.3. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

7. Product Information

7.1. All products sold by Eurocoinstorage are originally designed and manufactured by us using 3D printing technology.

7.2. Our products are produced using PLA (Polylactic Acid).

7.3. Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, minor variations in colour, texture, layer appearance, finish, and surface characteristics may occur between products and production batches.

7.4. Small cosmetic imperfections may occasionally be visible and are considered a normal part of the manufacturing process. These do not affect the functionality of the product.

7.5. For black products in particular, small white marks or spots may occasionally be visible on the underside of the product. These are a result of the 3D printing and post-processing process and are considered normal cosmetic characteristics and not defects.

7.6. Slight variations in colour, texture, appearance, or finish shall not be considered defects.

7.7. Our products are intended for normal indoor use.

7.8. Exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, high temperatures, water, excessive humidity, or other environmental conditions may cause deformation, discoloration, brittleness, or other changes to the product over time.

7.9. Damage resulting from improper use, storage, environmental exposure, modifications, accidents, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by our return or refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All product designs, concepts, images, branding, logos, website content, and other intellectual property displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Eurocoinstorage.

8.2. Our products are original designs created and developed by Eurocoinstorage.

8.3. No part of our designs, products, images, branding, website content, or intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or commercially replicated without prior written permission.

8.4. The sale, manufacture, distribution, or commercial production of products that substantially copy, imitate, or reproduce our original designs may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

9. Liability

9.1. Eurocoinstorage is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

9.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

9.3. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
